Modified By Sinistr on 1/14/2010 2:01:29 PM)

As many of you know (or may not know) , the Modern Mopar Drags that are @ E-town are sponsored by HHP.(Josh) and alot of the behind the scenes work is done by Stell * Carfinish on LXF.

The rules and info will be posted on the new site soon.

The races are a good time and the guys and girls that come out to race are some of the best people around.

If you have ever wondered what your car or truck can do performance wise, now is your chance to legally find out !!

Usually there are 40 + cars that show up for each race and it would be good for the PA Mopar group to make a presence at some (or all)of the races

I'm personally  at every one of the races, participating. This will be my fourth season and last year I finished 5th out of 50+ cars in the point series( and the only R/T in the top 10)

COME ON OUT AND HAVE SOME FUN !!!!!!!!!!!!

I will try to make some of these dates. I want to get my shaker on first and get my tune.

Thanks John for posting the schedule information. I'm hoping to see a whole bunch of us down there for the Mopar Nationals, which also includes a two day car show with separate awards for each day. I will be there for that event, I still don't think I should run the Hurst down the track just to see what it can do. I know the cars are good for high 11 sec passes since there has been tests done on cars with the same supercharger setup. I don't think I have anything to prove with the Hurst car.

Hey Charles,

Maybe do before and after runs so you can see how much that you have improved.

I agree with you Bill,

I wouldn't want to race the Hurst either.

Thanks for the heads up, I wasn't even thinking about that.  What if I run the dyno before and after, will the results differ from the track? If so, do you know how much? I will want to get the shaker on b for the shows start.

Modern Mopar Drag Results Event #1 - 2010
Modified By SERIES 5 on 3/21/2010 9:55:11 PM)

Modern Mopar Drag Results Event #1 - 3/202010

Great day at the track yesterday. Beautiful weather (DA was a little high)but everything went smoothly.

We had 44 cars for the Modern Mopar series( we actually out numbered the corvette guys!) and another 4-5 cars in the test and tune.

NHDave won the Modern Mopar Bracket and HemiC won the "X" category.

I went 3 rounds and ended up losing to Dan (Flybyyou) The margin of victory was .0427 seconds. Man was it close!

I was running @ .2 off of my norm ( I got to play with the tune a little more) but I was consistent all day. I had 4 runs that were all within .06 of each other!

If you go on 1320go.com and click on live feed . Look for Old Bridge Township Raceway Park. Click on History and pick 3/20/10. Then all you have to do is click on each of the Modern Mopar rounds and you will see the results for eachof the races. On the race days, the video and results will stream live so you guys can follow along from home.

Re: Modern Mopar Drag Schedule & Results 2010

*****Update*****

The date of the final race of the season(Frozen Balls and Bearings Shootout) has been changed to the first weekend of November. E-town has rented the track on the original date of the race and bumped the race to the first weekend. So the last two races of the season are back to back weekends.

Thanks for the update. I changed the date in the forum event section to reflect the new date of Nov. 6th, the first weekend in Nov.
